| It is IMPORTANT that all members use the log in facility at the PSX site and make sure that your REAL name is in your profile (Manage Authenticated User Account) so that the members list that Henry will be forwarding to the bank will match up with your name that you submit in the Bank account application.
From what Henry is telling us. There are members that have just put their first name or just their initials. In some cases, there is NO name at all. Failure to do this will only slow down your DC and account applications.
Also please check that your correct email address is provided.
