Dear Compactsurfing Members,
I have received several emails from concerned members following the
news update just sent regarding the scammer email sent out claiming to be
from Compactsurfing administration.
Members have told me that they received the scammer message to email
accounts that they only had on record with recently closed autosurf
programs. Keep in mind that many scam administrators will sell their member
email lists to hackers and such to cause confusion and harm the members
of honest programs such as Compactsurfing which will never reveal such
private information about our members.
Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation. If in the future
you ever receive suspicious emails claiming to be from Compactsurfing
administration, report them immediately via the support form here:

You can also Personal Message Nvus or any of the other Support Staff on
the Compactforum or in our program thread at MMG and they will notify
me immediately as well.
