Hyinquire: What can you tell our members about yourself and your businesses?
JM: A little about myself, I have been involved with the home-based business industry for the last two and a half years. I became top income earner in a couple of opportunities; however, I realized that about ninety percent of individuals involved in the industry were not experiencing success. From that point on, I decided to create a one-stop location for legitimate home-based business opportunities, and thus was born NME.
Hyinquire: What separates Phoenix Surf from its competition?
JM: We do a lot of things different here at Phoenix Surf. First and foremost, we laid the proper foundations before we even launched. Because of our previous ventures with NME, we understood the importance of the infrastructure and proper staffing. This philosophy has carried over for Phoenix, which is why the site runs so smoothly. In addition, Phoenix is just a small part of the NME Network, so we are not reliant on growth to survive. Hyinquire: There have been a few conflicting stories / rumors floating around suggesting that you have an upcoming date with the SEC. Would you mind clarifying, what, if anything is happening?
JM: At this point in time, we have no relationship or pending litigation with the SEC. As always, we are taking appropriate measures to make sure we are compliant as we are a US-based company.
Hyinquire: As the entire online and a lot of the offline world know, 12 Daily Pro was served with a cease and desist order by the SEC. Can you tell us how Phoenix Surf is different from 12 Daily Pro and what if any strategy you have in place to deal with any legal interference?
JM: From the get-go, we have established highly qualified legal councils to help our company remain compliant. We will never give out the contact information for our attorneys, as they would be flooded with questions, criticisms, etc.
Hyinquire: Is there anything else that you would like to say to our readers?
JM: I would like to thank everybody for the show of support they have demonstrated for myself, NME, and Phoenixsurf.com. Because of our success, we are poised to do a great amount of good. I think that many people will soon realize that NME has grown from ethical foundations and we will do everything we can to clean up the online-world and help as many people as possible while doing so.

My friend is a hyip newbie..... and he found this wonderful opportunity
at www.unique-profits.com
He read everything very carefully and then proceeded to make a $25
deposit.
Seconds later his e-gold account was completely empty.
What he didn't have the experience to understand was this:

At least they are doing something about hacked egold accounts which i have heard about in some forums which is good. This shows they are actively offering help. "If your account has been hacked please be sure to create a new account and change your information in your Phoenixsurf account and let us know."
Some have complained their account may be deleted and no refunds if their egold accounts were hacked. That's something really positive I think. |

We hope that all of you have had a safe and productive weekend. Our
meetings with the leadership and staff of NME/Phoenixsurf, we are
extremely fruitful this weekend. We were able to identify and analyze many
issues surrounding the program. As always we have listened to our
members and we are moving forward with many of our long term strategies for
our business network. We have accomplished the following:
1. Cleared out all of the abuse reports. – We have looked at all of the
reports and logged the member IDs of sites in violation of our terms
and conditions. One request we have for our membership base is to be
more descriptive when filing an abuse report.
2. We have successfully confirmed over 5000 sites for our advertisers.
3. We have deleted nearly all Phoenixsurf.com referral sites from our
database.
4. We have successfully manually activated all the accounts that have
submitted a ticket because they were unable to receive activation link.

Here's an update on metfinet. Yesterday, while i was accessing the website the i received the bandwidth exceeded limit problem but problem solved now. I would think that this hyip need to be taken into caution. They have ddos attack on the old 2ct server but luckily not for the new metfinet. Thus I would label this investment program as high risk now. However, the admin is honest but honesty is not everything. Security would be the top priority. On the other hand, this site has stayed on for quite long(100+ days) from www.goldpoll.com. The best strategy is to play with profits.

While the site was down one of our members panicked and contacted egold

As a result egold blocked our account.
We have now been given a new account and all is fine now.
The new account number is 3018081.
It is very important to read the connectivity messages when a site is down.
This is the message that appears when a site is temporarily inaccessible.
This way we dont panic and injure our own program when it is only overloaded with new members and in the processs of ordering more bandwidth.
2CT is under a ddos attack. This is causing a delay in processing the 2CT back withdrawals. When a site is under ddos attack the admin files are not accessible. |

The new Fast Track option is now operational. The Fast Track option is not for everyone, however it is to be used a more expedient method to receive a cashout at a faster rate.
The new terms (revised) for the Fast Track are as followed:
$8.00 to $3,000.00 = 5%
$3,001.00 to $4,500.00 = 6%
$4,501 to $6,000.00 = 7%
$6,001.00+ = 8%

Between our support staff, legal staff, programming staff, consulting staff, and management team we have conquered numerous scripting errors, various compliance issues, answered thousands of support tickets, and sustained our high level of growth. We did not purchase a script for $300, hire our next door neighbor as our sole staff member, and hope for the best. Once again, business is all about infrastructure and foundations and we have established both.Manual surfEffective as of March 4 at 12:00 am, Phoenixsurf will officially be a manual surf program. We are doing this for two main reasons:1. To increase the value of our advertising. PS is a traffic exchange program and we are driven by advertising revenue. If advertisers know that viewers MUST watch their ads, we can sell advertising space at a premium. It is a well known fact that many autosurfers never really watched the ads they were being paid to view. We will help our members to re-establish the true meaning of a traffic exchange program. The increased advertising revenue will help to ensure the longevity of our program.2. The SEC appears to be extremely concerned that people were being paid to click a button and walk away. By making PS manual surf, we will remove this objection.It is also important to note that the surfbar will still be run on a 15 second rotation timer. This means members will not necessarily have to spend more time providing their service to PS, but every ad will in fact be viewed. When the timer hits 0, simply click on Next Site to view the next site in the PS rotation. Once you view 15, you will be paid like normal.
