Dear Phoenixsurf members,
We hope that all of you have had a safe and productive weekend. Our
meetings with the leadership and staff of NME/Phoenixsurf, we are
extremely fruitful this weekend. We were able to identify and analyze many
issues surrounding the program. As always we have listened to our
members and we are moving forward with many of our long term strategies for
our business network. We have accomplished the following:
1. Cleared out all of the abuse reports. – We have looked at all of the
reports and logged the member IDs of sites in violation of our terms
and conditions. One request we have for our membership base is to be
more descriptive when filing an abuse report.
2. We have successfully confirmed over 5000 sites for our advertisers.
3. We have deleted nearly all Phoenixsurf.com referral sites from our
database.
4. We have successfully manually activated all the accounts that have
submitted a ticket because they were unable to receive activation link.
If you still have not received account credits please submit a support
ticket and our support staff will take care of it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
5. All the accounts that have payments or cash balance issues have been
placed into a special queue. We will be going through these accounts
one by one in order to protect the integrity of our program and our
member’s accounts. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this
matter.
Please remember to tell all of your referrals not to list their
Phoenixsurf account in our site rotation.
This is our official IP address rule so there will not be anymore
misunderstanding:
1. You may not sign up from same IP address.
2. Families, co-workers, etc can surf from same IP address.
3. Every member must have their own Phoenixsurf account, E-gold
account, email account and password.
E-Gold security:
Please be sure to use SRK key to type in your password. The SRK key
prevents hackers from retrieving your password by disabling key logger
feature. This is very secure and hackers will not be able to steal your
personal information. Be sure the click the SRK and click the password
instead of manually typing it in.

Well, a good update and they would want to ensure their members are safe from hackers anyway, if you want you can download roboform software. Just do a search on google. It is quite useful and saves the hassle of entering your password.
