Phoenixsurf's One month
anniversary!!!


Dear PS Members,

We have very exciting news! March 21, 2006 marked our one
month anniversary! This last month has flown by and we are
more excited than everabout the future of our program.
Below is a message from our CEO,
Jonathan Mikula:

“The success experienced by Phoenixsurf.com thus far is just a
smalltaste of success to come. We have made tremendous strides
in all areas ofour business especially in the following areas:
1. Growth; 2. Adrevenue; 3. De-bugging and re-creating an
entire script; 4. Developing multiple streams of income for
Phoenixsurf.com; and 5. Developed features and functions that
have never been seen in the traffic exchange industry.

Over the course of the next month, we will be focusing on one
main thing: increasing the advertising value of our site. We
have an Alexa rating of below 15,000 and a large targeted
audience for advertisers to market to. As always, we will
develop creative and innovative solutions to maximize the
advertising experience for our advertisers and our membership
base as a whole. Look forward to many exciting announcements
regarding advertising on the near future.

It has been my extreme pleasure to do my best to steer NME
and all of our programs in the right direction. I would like
to take the time to thank those who have made our success
possible thus far: the staff and leadership of NME and
Phoenixsurf.com, all outside consultants and legal experts,
and most importantly, our loyal membership base. In closing, I
look forward to a long and lucrative relationship between
