Here is some news from Support Team:
1. Please be sure include your member ID # in any tickets you submit for faster process.
2. If you are submitting ticket regarding account activation, please be sure to include email of the account that needs to be activated and this goes for your downline also.
3. Great news! We are finally starting to fix everybody’s monetary problems. Once we verify that the mistake is made by us we will refund the money to your e-gold account. Please be patient with us because it takes time for us to verify each ticket for refund and there are many of them.
4. If you are submitting ticket regarding monetary issues please be sure to include E-Gold account # so we will not have to ask for it and wait for your reply.
5. Please do not reply to any email asking for your E-Gold account # and password. E-Gold will not ask for this type of information and this is the reason many people are getting their account hacked. Please be careful.
6. If your account has been hacked please be sure to create a new account and change your information in your Phoenixsurf account and let us know. We will try our best to freeze your payment and we will try our best to manually pay you to your E-Gold account. This will take time so please be patient with us. Once again please do not give out any personal information for your security.
7. Lastly, to speed up our process, please be sure to close the duplicate tickets you have made. This will greatly increase our productivity and we are able to fix all of the problems in timely manner. If you are having hard time closing a ticket, please reply and put “Please close this ticket” in the body of the ticket.

At least they are doing something about hacked egold accounts which i have heard about in some forums which is good. This shows they are actively offering help. "If your account has been hacked please be sure to create a new account and change your information in your Phoenixsurf account and let us know."
Some have complained their account may be deleted and no refunds if their egold accounts were hacked. That's something really positive I think. |
