      From my email:
      "
      Hi there

Hopefully this newsletter finds you well.

I have just been advised that our server will be undergoing routine maintenance on 29 August. Unfortunately I have not been able to get a handle on the exact time of when - but I do not expect it to be down for more than a couple (2) of hours.

Sorry for the late notice; but I have only just found out.

FYI as it will be midnight server time in around an hour and a half, I don't THINK we have anything to worry about for a few hours yet - but I cannot be sure.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support.

      Andy

If you are risk averse do not put $$ into this program. I am in with a small spend(see previous post)

Gentle reminder to all SGFH members :)
      Monday, August 28, 2006
Hi all, I just wanted to tell everyone who joined SGFH (check Lazyman's portfolio) and wanted to join but not yet funded their account to do so before 5th Sept 2006! This is because minimum to join is only $100 for the first month for this program. Next month is $250 followed by $1000 and then $5000. The purpose for such a low entry of $100 is to allow small investors to get in so that they can have a piece of the big pie! Read my previous blog entries to decide whether you want to join. I have not put it yet in "Recommended/Proven/High Quality Investment Programs!" because I think no audit has yet been done. I am not cheerleading this program but just want to make sure people who are genuinely interested to get in with minimum entry of $100 which is more affordable :) I would not be making such reminder for this program again. Gotta concentrate on other programs. For those who have a lot of $$ to spare you can invest later not to worry.

Given the relation of SGFH to udachu and the fact that the udachu sites are around for quite a long while... I would recommend this program. Click here to join!

      All the best.

      Regards,
      Lazyman

Okay, so I have decided to join another high risk program which may have a bit of potential. My gut feeling tells me that it would be good for at least a cycle. Why? These guys run the autosurf program XLO autosurf and it has existed for quite a long time mainly because it is a 2% per day surf site. The life time on hyipranks(hyip monitor site) is shown to be 254 days at the time of my blogging. It could be that they need some help to payout their XLO? I am not too sure but 3% can only be earned from referrals' first spend. Yes only first spend! I will be more worried if they give too much for referring to other people as the program will most likely be a fast gone ponzi so there you go...

By the way, one of my respected blogger has put in $600 as indicated here:
"Another gamble that I feel is a very good gamble is XLO's new HYIP site, thefinerthings. It just started a couple weeks back and should last long enough to pay for at least one cycle. It pays 180% in 30 days. I am in this one with $600."
Okay it is still a gamble so I think I may just play for one cycle. If you want to join this, you can do so here.

I will not put this in my portfolio page and will monitor it closely. The safest way I think is still to take out principal asap with some profits if you want. I will put it on the left sidebar for those who wish to try this out. Good luck!

Hywd Issue 62 is out and all about CIM!
      Thursday, August 24, 2006

      Issue 62 Inside:

      - In focus: CIM Mutual, A Balanced Investment Pool
      - 5 Fast HYIP Reviews
      - MLM Business Opportunities
      - Are FOREX Signals Fool Proof?
      - The Basics of Fundamental Analysis
      - Victoria Picks: HYIP Topsites
      - Issue 62 Reader's Digest

Okay, I guess the sharp readers should have noticed something about CIM which is on my "Recommended/Proven/High Quality Investment Programs!" section. Take a look at the CIM and you will see they do invest in good programs. So for those who have the $$ to spare do take a look at CIM as chancer has done his due diligence and provided his report here: http://northerncalm.blogspot.com/2006/07/community-investors-mutual.html
Okay 7% to 12% monthly may not be attractive but it is stable. My funds are stuck in other programs so probably will join in the future because of its good prospect.

For more information, you are highly encouraged to read up on Tony CLifton's article, chancer and azure's blog. For now, it will stay in my "Recommended/Proven/High Quality Investment Programs!" for sure... :)

      Addition(s) and Downgrading(s)
      Saturday, August 19, 2006
Hope people who have invitation codes to Silver Gate Forex Hedging cherish the minimum of $100 which should available until 5th september but I think the best is to fund your account before the end of August. I have not moved this program to "Recommended/Proven/High Quality Investment Programs!" because I do not think I have much info on the audit but nevertheless I am already in this program and invested. $100 is worth the risk! For those interested, I still have the codes here where you can grab: http://lazymaninvestment.blogspot.com/2006/06/program-reviews.html

Okay, I have seen megainv's north finance account and they are in the red. So I am moving them down to "Program(s) I am monitoring:" and this is what Jose announced:

      "Hello Everyone,

I am really sad to announce (as you guys can see) that we have lost a significant amount of the funds in our account today.

We have been using an Expert Advisor that have been tested for about 8 months. You can see a report here:
      http://www.megainvforum.net/reports/gbp.htm
      http://www.megainvforum.net/reports/eur.htm

Last night, the computer running the Expert Advisor was turned off disconnecting the EA from the open trades. This resulted in the losses that were suffered today.

      What will we do now?

1 - We will be depositing some of our own money back into the account. We expect us to recover the loss by the end of the month.

      e-metal® payment confirmation: Batch 66116128
      Paid To: 2516XXX (NorthFinance)
Amount: 15000 US Dollars' worth of Gold
Memo: 174XX - Jose Gomes Jr.

      From: 3227XXX (Jose Gomes Jr)

2 - In the mean time, we will temporarily close to new members and funds. We will accept new members and funds again after we recover from the loss.

3- To prevent this situation from happening again, we will be hosting.

      Thanks for your understanding.

      Zé Gomes Jr."

This news may be a bit late but better late than never :) I am not in and will put in under monitoring and as you can see the risk is only due to trading.

Next, I have decided to add 2 more forex programs to my monitoring list namely fxema and moneymovestrading. You can have more information on fxema from van-bassidor's blog at http://van-bassidor.blogspot.com/.

Moneymovestrading's adminstrator is from moneymovesasia although I never join any of his programs but they are certainly receiving spotlights at the moment. Here's what it says on moneymovestrading page:

      "

MONEYMOVES FOREX FUND, a pooled-Managed account that is traded through MoneyMovesTrading, LTD. (Belize) and the MoneyMovesTrading professional trader with nearly 15 years of trading experience at major European banks. This is our latest fund and has a limited operating history, but during the last trading sessions we averages returns of 44%, our goal is 10-25% variable monthly returns based on ACTUAL trading results, all records provided along with proof of trading.

You may also open your own managed account with only a $2000 minumum.

Pooled-Mananged Forex account also available through our partner MoneyMovesAsia . Only $500 minimum. "

Okay I have the links up for these 2 programs on the left sidebar. If anybody has good programs to introduce please contact me via email, it would be good to share because I can't possibly monitor all new programs coming. But pls only recommend potential programs not those fly by days sort of programs which put your hard-earned money at risk and no autosurfs as this blog is all about passive income which I am sure most of you would want to be able to achieve that. Have a nice day :)

SGFH -- new forex hedging program
Silvergate forex hedging(sgfh) just started few days ago... I don't know but I feel this should be another good program connected to udachu but is actually separate from UI and UF. Hedging sounds like a low risk business to me and the percentage is paid back to you after 3 months. Okay, I won't go too much detail into this one. If anyone needs an invitation to this program, you can check up 'Lazyman's portfolio'. I think I would place a few invitation codes there if some of you are interested.

I found out a blog which did a bit of research into sgfh and I heard that auditing could be done by trusted members of the HYIP community. This sounds really good. Take a look at http://www.sewercash.blogspot.com/.

I think some may have missed the boat to get into udachuinvest, this may be a good chance and you have to fund before 5th september for the next round and I think I may just take the risk and go in earlier because programs related to udachu seems quite worthy at the moment and Rod(CEO of udachu) himself giving positive signals about it and as the minimum of $100 may increase in the future, it may be wise for us small investors to take the plunge and join in earlier. I believe auditing could be done soon and this program is quite transparent as it allows members with 10k to actually go in and have a look at the trading account. Sounds similar to Megainv? Yeah, more transparency. Anyway, the website is
      www.sgf-hedging.com

You can access the invitation codes given out by me here:
      http://lazymaninvestment.blogspot.com/2006/06/lazymans-portfolio.html

Finally, just in case all codes used, contact me via email. :)
      Good luck to all!

      FF programs(PSHI): 13.17%
An increase over the normal 12.5%...

      FX-experts: averaging about 10% monthly.

NSFG: 3.21% gross but final profit to investors is 2.41% for the month of July. Currently, lock in profit for August is 5%.

Udachuinvest: Impressive 15.4% return for the month of July where it is supposedly harder to trade.

      Joyfund: 6%

      Gigmutual: 3.36%

      Megainvforum: 6.75%

      PP01: 11%

As for programs like PPF and Rog's offer, the percentages are fixed I won't post for any %.

      NSFG update
      Sunday, August 06, 2006
Okay here's some update from NSFG. Although it is a private program now but I believe some people just might be interested how they are doing since they do offer a managed account for trading in forex.

"First off our return for July was 3.21% Gross, which is a Net return to you guys of 2.41%. Not a huge amount, but one that we are very happy with considering how difficult July was to trade in. "

Oh 2.41%! I feel like I did not earn anything lol. They took 25% for management fees which explain the 2.41% gain for july. Anyway, good news for August. They have guaranteed us that they would be 5% at least for August return as they recently earned around 6-7% and Ken would be trading and trying to make that 1-2% into more profits lol. Well, at least there's 5% so far the best return since I joined them... (btw I joined on march 25th this year)

Meanwhile I would be waiting for some updates on FF programs, udachuinvest... not much lately. But I believe joining these programs and looking back 1 year from now I shall be smiling to the bank :p

      Some updates...
      Wednesday, August 02, 2006
Okay if some of you guys still want to get into PP01, it is extended to 2nd August midnight EST.
      This is your
last chance to get a Founder membership - 10% to 50% a month ROI, less than 100 places left. Request by email if you want!

Next I have some PSX updates which I had joined previously but has removed it from my list due to it not paying and we have no idea whether it is genuine or not. Whatever the case do not spend if you are just planning to join now!

      Dear Members,
Good News to everyone! We are almost done with the programming and it will be uploaded anytime this week with all security measures that we have found necessary to protect our members’ data and their privacy. Both Online and Offline Membership base can now access there account online. To further protect and ensure that data available on the online site will not cause any breach of security, we will be verifying all requests made through our internal system which can only be accessed in our corporate offices.
New Services, Plans, Policies and Terms and Conditions will be laid out this week.
We are also going to place a Support Ticket and establish our Support Groups worldwide to provide a more efficient and better Contact Management and Support Services to our members.
Funding of Accounts can be done in various ways including Direct E-Currency Funds (from e-gold and e-bullion), Check Payments (30 day clearing), Bank Wire, and Western Union.
Payouts will be available in your Debit Cards, E-Gold, E-Bullion and/or Corporate Check.
Of course, the answer to the most awaited question: PAYOUTS will absolutely resume within the first two weeks of August.
Get ready to see the New PSX in Action!

      Henry

Okay that's about it for my quick updates. Anyway, HYWD issue 59 is out! I think it is a good read. Very informative and perhaps helpful to those interested. Here's the link:
