With that said, I have some very good news for all of you. Compactpay
will be launched in several hours, 100% secure and open for sign ups.
Upgrades to Compactsurfing via Compactpay will be implemented sometime
tomorrow. Please note: funding and withdrawal options will be limited at
first, but I hope to add more options every few days. I want to thank
you all for your patience as my staff and I have worked very hard to
ensure the launch as promised.

Remember the following:
1. Compactpay is not being forced on the memberbase. Egold direct
upgrades/cashouts will still be an option.
2. There are no plans to ever make Compactpay a forced option.
3. For those of you who do sign up with Compactpay, it will be
integrated to allow transfers to and from your ecurrency account. In other
words, if you sign up with Compactpay, it is not completely separate from
egold; you can fund your Compactpay account through egold, and you can
withdraw from your Compactpay account to egold. Likewise for ebullion.
4. You do not have to be a CS member to join Compactpay. If you have
friends or acquaintances that are looking for a secure payment processor
that is integrated with the popular ecurrencies, introduce them to
Compactpay. They can use Compactpay as a second storage account for their
funds online or however they see fit.
