Okay, I guess the sharp readers should have noticed something about CIM which is on my "Recommended/Proven/High Quality Investment Programs!" section. Take a look at the CIM and you will see they do invest in good programs. So for those who have the $$ to spare do take a look at CIM as chancer has done his due diligence and provided his report here: http://northerncalm.blogspot.com/2006/07/community-investors-mutual.html Okay 7% to 12% monthly may not be attractive but it is stable. My funds are stuck in other programs so probably will join in the future because of its good prospect.
