I have big doubts about this one when their admin said that their old 2ct website was attacked by ddos. Then the admin started not posting any more updates... Well, at least this is a lesson for all to learn. If the admin is non-responsive you should know the program is going scam... I already have premonition that it would go scam.
I only lost a few dollars which is good really. They have been around for more than 100 days, which by all means is a good record but the move over to their new site from the previous 2christiantraders site turned sour and withdrawals start getting delayed. End of story, now you know why communication is important for survival of these hyips or surf programs...
