Question 2: Do you provide live online support?
Answer: No. We do not provide live online support. However, you can reach us using the form provided in the Support page.

Question 3: Will the payment be made on the 15th day itself?
Answer: Yes. Payments will be made on the unit mature date and will be completed by the 16th latest. If your receipt indicates that your unit mature date is on 15th April, your e-gold payment will be credited no later than 16th.

Question 4: Does the 15 days include weekends?
Answer: The 15 days maturity refers to 15 calendar days including Mondays to Sundays.

Question 5: How many times do you make payment a day?
Answer: All payments due on the day itself will be cleared by the next day latest. If your plan matures on the 15th April, all payments will be completed by 16th April latest.

Question 6: What is the reward scheme for referrals?
Answer: A 5% commission of the referral's total investment will be paid to the referrer within 24 hours of deposit.

Question 7: Do you charge any extra fees?
Answer: No. All our administrative fees are already reflected in the profits return.

Question 8: What is my referral link?
Answer: Use the link http://www.alpsfinance.com/purchase.php?upline=xxxxxx where xxxxxx is your e-gold account number.

Question 9: If I need funds and would like to refund my units before my units mature, can I do so?
Answer: Yes. However, you will only receive a portion of your units price back and the entitled profits will be forfeited.

Below shows the payable amount should you decide to sell your shares back before it matures,

Day 1- 5 (inclusive of deposit date) -70% back
Day 6 - 10 - 80% back
Day 11 - 14 - 100% back
Day 15 - 150% back
* All refunds are calculated based on invested amount.

To sell back the units, please send us a copy of the receipt with all the relevant information here. Once the details are verified, we will credit your e-gold account with the refund within 24 hours.

Question 10: How do I change my e-gold account or e-mail address?
Answer: Please send us a print-screen or copy of your receipt through our support link with your new e-gold account or e-mail address. If your receipt matches, we will make the change immediately and send you a notification e-mail informing you of the change.

Question 11: I did not receive any reply from support. Why?
Answer: 'Technical or payment support' will be provided within 24 hours of request ticket. Other enquires will not be processed unless it is relevant.

If you have submitted an invalid e-mail address, our support department will not be able to return any reply. Also check that your e-mail spam filter did not block our e-mails.

Please submit a ticket again with another e-mail account if there is no reply from us within 24 hours. (Only apply to technical or payment support). Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Question 12: At the end of the purchase, I did not receive any confirmation e-mail?

Answer: You will be shown a receipt of your transaction instead of a confirmation e-mail. The details of the receipt will be your passport to verify your identity should there be a need for it.

Question 13: Is it possible to receive referral commissions without investing myself?

Answer: Yes. It is possible to earn referral commissions without having to invest yourself. This is to reward the referrers for their promotion efforts.
