E-gold security

We get dozens of emails per day from people who had their e-gold account hacked. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT TO A NEW ACCOUNT , EVEN THOUGH WE TRY TO HELP YOU. Please make sure you have a 24 character password with numbers and letters. Also make sure you use your on screen keyboard if you use a windows product. That way you never have to type your password. We can not be responsable if your account has been hacked. If you send us a email letting us know your new e-gold account we will try our best to pay to your new account, but we can't promise it. We just have too many transactions to do.
